Oral presentations have a duration of 20 minutes (plus 5 minutes discussion and 5 minutes for changing rooms).

We recommend using the PCs installed in the seminar/lecture rooms. Please, put your slides on the PC before the session starts (i.e. during the breaks). We recommend pdf/pptx, or you present from Google Slides etc.

You can also connect your own laptop. The rooms are equipped with HDMI cables. Please, bring your own adapters with you, in case you need them (e.g., HDMI to USB-C)!

All rooms are equipped with speakers for audio display. PCs run on Windows 11. PowerPoint and Chrome are installed.
